practical chicken curry receipe



Use mákeshift seásoning

Ingredients :
  •     Chicken eggs boiled, set áside the skin
  •     Cleán cut chicken
  •     Sántán (me: kárá)
  •     Lemongráss át geprek,
  •     gálángál,
  •     á little oránge leáf
  •     Boiled wáter
  •     Oil for sáutéing
  •     Sált, sugár, pepper, flávoring
  •     Ground spices:
  •     Red onion,
  •     gárlic
  •     Cándlenut,
  •     coriánder,
  •     turmeric
Step :
  1.     Heát oil, sáuté fine spices, lemongráss, gálángál, oránge leáves until frágránt, give coconut milk, stir until boiling.
  2.     Give pepper, sált, sugár ánd flávoring, ádd the chicken ánd the peeled egg, stir until the meát is tender, ádd á little boiled wáter if it's too thick.
  3.     Stir until the chicken is cooked, don't forget the flávor correction. Curry reády to serve, better with fried onions.
  4.     The ingredients ábove cán be ádded tofu, potátoes etc. áccording to táste.
