Use mákeshift seásoning
Ingredients :
- Chicken eggs boiled, set áside the skin
- Cleán cut chicken
- Sántán (me: kárá)
- Lemongráss át geprek,
- gálángál,
- á little oránge leáf
- Boiled wáter
- Oil for sáutéing
- Sált, sugár, pepper, flávoring
- Ground spices:
- Red onion,
- gárlic
- Cándlenut,
- coriánder,
- turmeric
- Heát oil, sáuté fine spices, lemongráss, gálángál, oránge leáves until frágránt, give coconut milk, stir until boiling.
- Give pepper, sált, sugár ánd flávoring, ádd the chicken ánd the peeled egg, stir until the meát is tender, ádd á little boiled wáter if it's too thick.
- Stir until the chicken is cooked, don't forget the flávor correction. Curry reády to serve, better with fried onions.
- The ingredients ábove cán be ádded tofu, potátoes etc. áccording to táste.
