This recipe for butter fried chicken is super eásy to máke. But it doesn't feel good with the other recipes.
Ingredients :
- 500 gr chicken fillet thigh ... cut the dice
- 1 tbsp of oyster sáuce for márináted chicken

- 2 táblespoons márgárine / butter
- 3 gárlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, slice lengthwise
- 4 táblespoons English soy sáuce
- 2 táblespoons sweet soy sáuce
- 1 tbsp. Of bottled chili sáuce
- 1 táblespoon oyster sáuce
- Mix chicken with 1 táblespoon oyster sáuce ánd bláck pepper. Squeeze so thát the spices áre ábsorbed. Store in the refrigerátor for át leást 15 minutes
- Prepáre á skillet, give 2 táblespoons márgárine ... wáit until it boils ánd ádd the chicken, cook until the chicken is cooked brownish
