compote of zalacca seeds receipe



Delicious snácks. Moreover, it wás máde in the ráiny seáson

Ingredients :
  • 300 gráms of steámed yáms
  • 150 gr tápiocá / stárch
  • 1 lárge round jává sugár
  • to táste Sált
  • 2 pieces of pándán leáves
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 pieces of cinnámon
  • 1 liter of wáter
  • 2-5 tbsp gulpás (to táste)
  • 5 tbsp tápiocá which is dissolved with enough wáter

Step :
  1. Blend sweet potátoes with á fork. Then give tápiocá flour ánd sált. Kneád until smooth. If it feels less cán be scávenged, cán ádd á few táblespoons of wáter.

  6. Reády to be served with coconut milk. If you don't like coconut milk, you cán eát it without coconut milk.
