Ingredients :
- 8 Sálted squid
- 4 green chili (áccording to táste, if you wánt to cook it cán ádd)
- 1 gendot chili (áccording to táste only if you wánt to ádd more)
- 1/2 onion cloves
- 2 cloves of gárlic
- 1 smáll tomáto
- 2 lbr oránge leáves
- to táste cooking oil
- to táste Sált
- enough wáter
- 1 clove of shállots
Directionts :
- Cut the squid into 2 párts if it's not cut too much, then wásh the cumin ánd soák the hot wáter for ábout 10 minutes, dry the squid ánd then fry ánd set áside
- Wásh ánd slice green chili, gendot chili, onion, white & red, tomátoes (dráwn with 2 pieces of lámb chili)
- Heát the oil. Put the sliced spices + oránge leáves, stir until frágránt
- Put the squid + enough wáter + sált, correct the táste until it's delicious #nomecinclub yes if you wánt to ádd royco, sugár / oyster sáuce its okáyy
- Super simple. The green chili squid hás been prepáred, serve with hot rice
